Described as ‘meditation in motion’, Tai Chi offers a range of physical and mental health benefits. This ancient form of martial art improves strength and balance, which is important for fall prevention as people age. For those who would prefer, the sessions can be undertaken in a seated position in a chair.

Nine week term for both sessions 

Mondays from 18 October 8.30am - 9.30am 

Thursdays from 21 October 9am - 10am 

Classes are $7.50 each. Advance payment or instalments can be arranged.

Payment and initial enrolment is to be made prior to attendance at the Addie Mills Centre, 2 Astley Street, Gosnells.

This program is open to City of Gosnells residents aged 55+.

Booking is required and opens 8am Monday 11 October
