Described as ‘meditation in motion’, Tai Chi offers a range of physical and mental health benefits. This ancient form of martial art improves strength and balance, which is important for fall prevention as people age. For those who would prefer, the sessions can be undertaken in a seated position in a chair.


Mondays 9 week Term starting 31 January from 8.30am - 9.30am ( 9 week term due to Monday 7 March Public Holiday)

Thursdays 10 week Term starting 3 February from 9am - 10am 

Classes are $7.50 each. 

Payment and initial enrolment is to be made prior to attendance at the Addie Mills Centre, 2 Astley Street, Gosnells.

This program is open to City of Gosnells residents aged 55+
