Community sponsorship program

The City of Gosnells supports individuals and community groups with sponsorship through its Community Sponsorship Program. Sponsorship is offered across various categories and supports community events, programs, minor capital works, training and development, history and heritage, equipment and NAIDOC Week activities.

Sponsorship Rounds

The City coordinates two rounds of sponsorship per year in March and August.

Prospective applicants should contact the Coordinator Leisure Planning on 9397 3109 or email to determine whether the project is eligible for sponsorship and the category that applies.

Applications for the current round close 5pm Friday 3rd August 2018.

KidSport grants

History and heritage conservation category

History and Heritage Conservation sponsorship supports individual and community initiatives that align with the City's Heritage Strategy objectives.

Minor capital works and equipment category

This category provides sponsorship to purchase equipment or for small scale building or upgrading facilities.

Programs and events category

This category provides sponsorship for community programs or public events.

Training and support category

This sponsorship assists community organisations with training and development opportunities for volunteers and administrators.

NAIDOC Week Community Activities Category

Sponsorship for community events and activities during NAIDOC week.
