Southern River Precinct 3 - DCP

The Development Contribution Plan Report (DCPR) was adopted by council on 11 May 2021. Town Planning Scheme No. 6 Amendment 110 has now been approved by the Minister of Planning and was published in the Government Gazette on 3 May 2022.  A report was presented to council at the Ordinary Council Meeting on 26 July 2022 to complete this process and finally adopt the DCPR.
