The Southern River Precinct 3A (North) Outline Development Plan is an area bound by Leslie Street, Southern River Road, Ranford Road, Matison Street and Holmes Street, Southern River.

What is the main aim of the project?

The purpose of the Outline Development Plan is to guide future subdivision and development in that area. The ODP has been prepared in accordance with the Southern River Precinct 3 Local Structure Plan. Further information on the Structure Plan is available below.

What has been happening?

  • Submission of a formal request to the State Government to formally adopt the ODP
  • WAPC Refusal of ODP, SAT review sought by applicant
  • WAPC suggestion to modify ODP
  • Council support of WAPC in approving the modified plan.
