Town Planning Scheme No. 17 (TPS 17) applies to a 313 hectare area (approx) generally bound by Southern River Road, the Canning River, Huntingdale Road, Warton Road, Garden Street and Holmes Street.
The purpose of the Scheme is to guide subdivision and residential development in the above area. There are Scheme Costs applicable to development within the TPS 17 area.
