Early Ratepayers Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

This prize draw is being held and promoted by the City of Gosnells.

Participation in the Bonus Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• The draw is open to ratepayers of the City of Gosnells who pay the full amount due as listed on their 2022/23 Rate Notice before 5.00pm (WST) Friday 2  September 2022.
• Payment must be received before the closing date above to go into the draw.
• The promotion commences with the delivery of Rate Notices.
• Councillors and employees of the City and the sponsoring organisation (Westpac) are ineligible to win.
• The total prize pool consists of one Westpac Reward Saver Account valued at $2,000, one Westpac Reward Saver Account valued at $1,500 and five cash prizes for the amount of $1,000 each.
• Prizes can be won by residential ratepayers only.
• Prize winners will be drawn at the City of Gosnells Civic Centre, by random computer selection on Wednesday 7 September 2022 before 5.00pm (WST).
• Winners will be notified by mail in the week commencing Monday 12 September 2022, and before Monday 10 October 2022.
• The seven prize winners will be chosen at random from a database of all eligible rate payments received.
• The seven prize winners will receive an invitation via mail to attend a presentation of their prize by the Mayor.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
• The decision by the City of Gosnells regarding the awarding of prizes is final and no debate will be entered into.
