Plenty of fun ways to enjoy the school holidays

Published on Friday 18 December, 2020

There are plenty of free and low-cost school holiday activities this January in the City of Gosnells.

City of Gosnells Mayor David Goode encouraged families with young children and teenagers to join in, with a wide range of activities to choose from.

“These activities provide an important opportunity for all young people and their families to be more involved in our community, meet new people and feel great about living in the City of Gosnells,” Mayor Goode said.

“But most importantly, these activities and programs are a lot of fun for everyone who takes part.”

Programs for children aged up to 10 include park play sessions, a dance party, an Arty Kids morning, Wet ‘n’ Wild Wednesdays, sports activities, a fairy hunt, cubby building, bike riding and more.

Activities for teenagers and young adults aged 24 and under include skate jam sessions and workshops, youth centre drop in sessions, Gosfields multi-sport program, cooking workshops, art workshops, Dungeons and Dragons and more.
