Landowners and residents in the rural areas of Orange Grove and Martin are invited to an information session about a new draft Local Planning Scheme (LPS 24) for the City of Gosnells.

The session, which was postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, will now be held on Thursday 2 July, from 6pm to 7pm at the City’s Civic Centre.

Mayor David Goode encouraged people with an interest in future planning for the rural areas to attend.

“The new LPS 24 ensures planning and development throughout the City is managed in a coordinated way, so community input is vital,” the Mayor said.

People who wish to attend the session are asked to register beforehand.

Residents unable to make the session are encouraged to contact the City on 9397 3000 or provide feedback on the draft LPS 24 via the City’s consultation website at www.yoursay.gosnells.wa.gov.au.
