Do you know someone in the City of Gosnells who makes your community a better place to live in?

Nominations are now open for the Community Citizen of the Year Awards, which will be announced at the City of Gosnells Australia Day celebrations in 2020. Mayor Glenn Dewhurst is encouraging residents to get their nominations in before the 31 October deadline.

“The Awards are one of the highlights of the City’s Australia Day celebrations, and a great way to learn more about the terrific work and achievements of our local residents and community groups,” he said.

“If you know a person or group who deserves recognition, don’t forget to get your nomination in.”

There are four Award categories including Citizen of the Year, Youth Citizen of the Year, Senior Citizen of the Year and Active Citizenship (group or event).
