Get set for an explosion of the senses when the City of Gosnells Fusion Food and Culture Festival returns to Mills Park in Beckenham on Saturday 9 November.

The celebration of the City’s multicultural community will see Mills Park transformed into a vibrant hub of excitement and activity between 3pm and 9pm.

Residents are invited to sample international cuisine, meander through the Global Village, view arts and craft, experience cultural performances and activities, get the adrenaline pumping on the carnival rides and marvel at the fireworks.

There will also be activities for children, a dedicated youth space and roving entertainment.

“Our rich cultural diversity is something we are proud of, and Fusion is a wonderful way to celebrate this through cultural performances, activities and food from around the world,” City of Gosnells Mayor David Goode said.

“I encourage everyone to come along and experience Fusion, and see why it is one of the City’s most popular events.”

“As parking is limited, we recommend residents take advantage of regular shuttle buses between Beckenham train station and Mills Park.

Alternatively, residents are encouraged to get on their bikes and enjoy the secure red carpet VIP parking for cyclists.

Fusion Food and Culture Festival is presented by Healthway, promoting the LiveLighter message, and is sponsored by the Australian Government’s Department of Social Services, Lotterywest and Examiner Newspapers.
