James Flynn and the Perth Jazz Orchestra will have the Don Russell Performing Arts Centre swinging with style on Thursday 23 November.

DRPAC’s favourite jazz singer and raconteur James Flynn will share how great entertainers like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole and Bobby Darin influenced his life and career.

The Perth Jazz Orchestra’s 17-piece big band boasts the cream of Perth’s jazz musicians, including many who have performed during the past two decades with some of the biggest names in show business on TV, in theatre and cabaret.

City of Gosnells Mayor Glenn Dewhurst said DRPAC provided a fantastic way to access a range of high quality entertainment close to home.

“With classic vocals and big band sounds of the 40s and 50s, this evening of stories and great tunes is a show not to be missed,” he said.
