The City has become a participating institution within the Australian Government’s Cultural Gifts Program. Under this program donations to the City’s Local History Collection, or to the City of Gosnells Museum, may be tax deductible for the donor.

In order to qualify, donated items must meet the criteria within the Local History or Museum collection policy. Donations can range from objects, paintings, sculptures, books, manuscripts and personal papers to jewellery, ceramics, even entire technological, mechanical, scientific or social history collections.

More information is available on the Cultural Gifts website or by contacting the City’s Heritage Coordinator on 9391 6011.
